After some years of being told I should write a book and after it also being on my heart for some time, I did just that. The journey of writing this book was a book in itself. I published my book through Word Alive Press out of Winnipeg.
Because of my faith, I know there is hope and a light at the end of sometimes a very dark tunnel. Having to face my diagnosis of bipolar disorder and walk it it out hasn't been easy. I'm hoping my story will give people hope and a different perspective.
