Retreat applications must be submitted online using the form below or by emailing all necessary documents to info@skwriter.com. This form will accept both Word or PDF formats for attachments.

You will receive a confirmation email within two business days if your application has been successfully received.

The SWG may consider late applications from qualified applicants if space allows, but applicants will be charged a $35 late fee.

Please note:

Applicants will be notified of acceptance or denial within one week after the deadline.
Upon acceptance, applicants have two weeks to make payments to secure their spots. Late fees will be levied on payments made after two weeks prior to the retreat.

To help the SWG and staff at St. Peter's plan for your retreat, please explain any accommodations you may need. This includes:

- Allergies and medical conditions that we may need to be aware of if you need medical intervention;

- Accessibility requirements, including but not limited to: needs relating to mobility, sight or hearing impairments, or needs relating to washrooms;

- Food Sensitivities, Restrictions or Allergies that we need to be aware of. Please know special meals cannot be made and you may need to bring additional food items for yourself. Completely gluten, dairy-free or allergen-free meals cannot be guaranteed.

Please provide complete, thorough information. This information is kept confidential: it is only shared with the Guild and St. Peter's staff as necessary. We will do our best to ensure you have an enjoyable time but we do not have the ability to meet all accommodation needs due to limitations of our venue.
