Supernova Press is pleased to announce that they will be hosting a book launch for Miguel A. Fenrich’s second novel, titled What Lies in the Valley, in conjunction with the North Battleford Public Library on Friday, the 13^th, of January 2023. The launch will take place at the North Battleford Public Library in the auditorium at 5 pm. Refreshments will be served.

What Lies in the Valley is a historical, psychological horror novel set in the isolated Canadian prairie at the end of the 1920s as a German family is tormented by unseen forces.

A mysterious fire claims Klara's grandparents' lives on Christmas Eve, and whispers say that her missing Father, who ran away with the inheritance, is to blame. Weeks later, Klara's youngest brother, Adolf, is kidnapped by a strange man dressed in black. Plagued by misfortune, the Oak family flees to Canada, where a new house waits for them.

Miguel A. Fenrich is a rural Saskatchewan author, writer, business owner, and reporter. He is currently serving on the boards of four non-profit organizations, including Saskbooks and the Saskatchewan Writer's Guild.
