Erin is currently completing her MFA in Creative Writing at the University of Saskatchewan, and also holds an undergraduate honours degree in journalism from Toronto Metro University (formerly Ryerson University.) With five years of reporting and editing experience at the Saskatoon StarPhoenix and Regina Leader-Post. Unable to escape her past as a journalist, Erin enjoys writing about politics and the human experience under capitalism. These themes also centre her current project, a speculative fiction novel focusing on bodily autonomy, eugenics, and mental health in a postcapitalist world.
