My current interest is photographing the landscapes and their details that surround me everyday. These images become the foundation for my writings, poetry and essays about my life on the prairies. While nature and the land are my primary interests, I make the occasional foray into street and event photography. The aim of my work is to demonstrate the incredible beauty that surrounds us locally and to document some of the problems that animals and plants suffer so that scientists, environmentalists and others can help them. Not to mention as well, the changes in geography that affects us all during the Anthropocene.
