My name is Jeff Burton and I have been a teacher at Englefeld School for the past 6 years. I was born and raised in Humboldt and moved back there with my family after living in Saskatoon. I am married with 5 awesome children ages 18, 15 (x3), and 13.

I am the writer for the Saskatchewan-based superhero comic book series, The Adventures of Auroraman.  Debuting in 2016, this all-ages-friendly series follows the off-beat adventures of a regular guy, father, and teacher, who happens to find a staff loaded with cosmic powers and decides to become the Super Power of the Prairies!

Available in single issues, larger collected trade paperbacks as well as newspaper-style comic strips, and even an audio comic podcast, The Adventures of Auroraman is a nod to the classic superhero adventures where the hero dashed off on zany and wild adventures, all with a smile on his face!

In this time I have toured all across the province, making appearances at comic conventions, craft shows, and doing presentations at schools and libraries too!
