Elena Bentley (she/her) is a disabled, bi, and Métis/settler poet, editor, and children’s book author of The Pickle in Grandma’s Fridge (YNWP, 2022). She is a registered Citizen of Métis Nation-Saskatchewan, and she holds an MA in English from the University of Toronto. Elena’s poetry has been published in various magazines and journals, including Arc Poetry, The Malahat Review, PRISM international, Room, and Grain. She was the Associate Prose Editor and the Managing/Poetry Editor for Windscript Magazine volumes 37 and 38, and she is the Managing/Poetry Editor for untethered magazine. Her debut chapbook, taliped, was published by 845 Press in Fall 2023.
