The Saskatchewan Writers’ Guild is pleased to announce the participants of the 2026 Mentorship Program and BIPOC Mentorship Programs. These programs nurture emerging Saskatchewan writers by pairing them with established writing mentors for a 4-month program (Jan 1 – April 30).
Mentorship Program

Amber Goodwyn (Regina) mentored by Michael Trussler (Regina) – poetry

BIPOC Mentorship Program

The apprentices will have the opportunity to share their work publicly at the Apprentice Reading on Friday, May 8, 2026, in Saskatoon.
