The Saskatchewan Writers’ Guild, located at 1150 8th Ave. Regina, SK has two offices for sublease available early August, 2026. One office is 187.6 sq. ft. with an east window, and the other is 148.6 sq. ft. with an east window. The offices are side by side. The larger office easily holds two people, and the other would work for one person. There is a shared common space--a kitchen, boardroom/library and the possibility of some storage space.
