Carey Blatchford

I am a mother, wife and elementary school teacher & administrator on Treaty Six Territory, in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. I am a strong advocate for literacy and creating a love of reading in children. I have been a judge for Indigo’s Love of Reading applications, and am on the Shining committee for Saskatchewan’s Willow Book Awards. My first book will be released September, 2027. I am inspired by my children everyday to continue to write.
