Dianne Miller

Since her retirement from a career as a teacher/administrator, Dianne has pursued an interest in writing. Her collection of anecdotes about memorable students and school situations led to the publication of Chalk Dust: Memoirs of a Prairie Teacher (2020, Your Nickel's Worth Publishing). From a short Christmas story written for her nephew, she developed an early chapter book for ages 6-9 called The Rocket and Pierre (2026, Your Nickel's Worth Publishing). Her next project is one of Biographical Fiction in which she fictionalizes her grandmother's intriguing life around the facts she knows. When not writing, Dianne enjoys world travel, volunteering in the community of Swift Current, and bad golf.
