Lara D. Stoudt is a poet, potter, and photographer who lives in the wide open spaces of the Saskatchewan prairie on an acreage near Vibank, Saskatchewan. Lara holds a Master’s Degree in Arts (English). Her studies include Victorian literature, in particular Christina Rossetti; poetry; spirituality; ecology; life writing (letters, memoirs, journals); and Art History. She loves to read stories, tell stories, and help others tell their stories. Lara often weaves together image and text, as well as pottery and text. With a keen interest in sacred texts, Lara engages with the tradition of writing devotional poetry and prose. Lara has published two books of poetry and photography, Traces of Honey and Wild Flax.
