Saskatoon-based author Kurt Kirchmeier (writing as K. D. Kirchmeier) is delighted to share that his young adult post-apocalyptic fantasy novel The Bone Shepherds (along with an untitled sequel) has sold to Mary-Kate Castellani at Bloomsbury Children's. Publication is set for fall 2024, with the sequel to follow in late 2025. Ali Herring at Spencerhill Associates did the two-book deal for world rights.
