To register for the 2021 SWG Conference, please fill out the form below. All conference events (paid or free) require registration.

Early Bird prices are in effect until October 8, 2021.

After you register, you will receive an email from the SWG with more information about the conference, including how to pay and Zoom links for online events.

There are three ways to make payment:

  • Online (link will be sent via email)
  • By phone: call the office (306-791-7740) to pay with a credit card 
  • By cheque: mail a cheque to Saskatchewan Writers' Guild, PO Box 3986, Regina, SK, S4P 3R9.

Small Talks Online Pass

This pass will include live access to all Small Talk events Oct 18-22 via Zoom, an electronic workbook of writing prompts and exercises as well as extended access to the recorded videos (30 days for non-SWG members and 90 days for SWG members).

- "Digital Poems, Digital Pictures" with Dani Spinosa, Thursday, October 21, 12 pm - 1 pm
- "The Short, Short Story: Encapsulating Perfection in Flash and Micro-Flash Formats" with Jenn Ashton, Friday, October 22, 12 pm - 1 pm

In-Person Conference Events will include the following:

  • "Writing the Memoir" with Sharon Butala (interactive workshop) - Saturday, October 23, 10:45 am - 12:15 pm
  • "An Art-ful Conversation with Guy" featuring Guy Vanderhaeghe and Arthur Slade, including a plated lunch -Saturday, October 23, 12: 30 pm - 1:45 pm
    • Please choose from the three lunch options, and inform us if you have any dietary allergies or sensitivities
