Please join Cheryl Kloppenburg and the Saskatchewan Writers’ Guild in recognizing a Saskatchewan author who has written a substantial body of literary work and has had a significant impact on writing in Saskatchewan.

A luncheon reception will be held Thursday, September 25, at 12:30 p.m. at Saskatoon Golf & Country Club. The 2025 Cheryl and Henry Kloppenburg Award for Literary Excellence winner will be announced at this time.

Tickets are $25 per person and must be purchased by September 11, 2024 (below).

Meal Options:

A – Roasted Red Pepper Chicken Supreme (chicken supreme stuffed with roasted red peppers, spinach and feta with a white wine cream sauce)

B – Vegetarian Eggplant Ratatouille – gluten free (a mix of cauliflower, zucchini, peppers, celery and carrots in a housemade tomato ragu topped with breaded eggplant)

Both entrees come with herb-seasoned fingerling potatoes and roasted mixed vegetables. The lunch also includes a starter garden green salad and carrot cake (GF/vegan) dessert. If you have dietary restrictions/allergies or accessibility needs, please discuss with SWG staff after receiving your ticket confirmation email.

This lunch is hosted on the second floor of Saskatoon Golf & Country Club, which is accessible by stairs or elevator. Free parking is available in the parking lot.
