She will share her personal journey and highlight the benefits of working with a certified Nutrition & Detoxification coach to create a generational healing legacy.

Saskatoon Sâkâstêw Horse is the self-published author of Asotamâkêwin – Sacred vow that one makes: An Intergenerational Healing Journal. A proud mother of five and a member of Thunderchild First Nation, she was born and raised on the west side of Saskatoon. As a wellness warrior and student-master of Nutrition & Detoxification, Saskatoon has overcome the challenges of intergenerational trauma. She now advocates for future generations, inspiring others to embrace their healing journeys through her creative projects.
