Charlene Neigum is an author/illustrator of children's chapter books. Her first self-published chapter book, Stella Scoops and the Cat-Astrophic Conundrum in Royal City, released June 19, 2024 on Amazon, is the first in the Stella Scoops series. Charlene grew up in Regina, Saskatchewan where she and her best friend spent their time together roller skating, drawing, making up pretend news stories and laughing until their faces hurt. Charlene thought she might one day become a journalist who wrote real news stories. She ultimately decided writing fiction stories for children would be way more fun! She still lives in Regina, Saskatchewan with her husband, three sons, a dog and a slightly evil cat that is always causing a conundrum.
