Laurie, the author and illustrator of the Prairie P.I.s' children mystery series, is a popular and experienced presenter. She has read her books at over 100 schools and libraries across the province. She is available for readings, workshops, conferences, research, consulting and freelance work. One of her special projects includes writing a nationally recognized campaign/public service announcement for t.v. and radio. Laurie is an instructional designer and a learning technology trainer with a B.Ed. and an M.Ed. in educational technology and communications. She currently works at Saskatchewan Polytechnic, Learning Technologies. Her next book is always a work in progress!
