Kristen H. McLeod (she/her) writes about motherhood, ADHD, and growing up in a cult where Satan’s clutches were not – unfortunately – designer handbags. She earned an MFA in creative nonfiction from the University of King's College and an honours degree in Women’s Studies from the University of Regina. McLeod’s work has been published in the Globe and Mail, the LeaderPost, CBC Saskatchewan, Juxtaprose Literary Magazine and Motherwell, and she’s performed comedy and spoken word in Regina, New York, California, and Halifax. McLeod teaches creative writing and communications on Treaty Four lands and is working on her memoir. She has three children, two dogs, and one husband.
